For senior/management roles we will give you £100, for contact centre agent roles £75
There is no limit on the number of recommendations you can make!

If the person is placed in a permanent role, they must stay in their role for the minimum probation period in order to qualify for the referral payment. For temporary vacancies the person must stay for 12 weeks
